Reagents:

• Cholesterol, 95% (SIGMA, C75209) – 1 g.
• 200 Proof Ethanol (Pharmco, 111ACS200)- 100 mls.

Procedure:

1. Dissolve cholesterol in ethanol.
2. Mix thoroughly by vortexing.
3. Store at room temperature.
