Reagents (for 50 mL):

• 25% Tween (Sigma-Aldrich Cat. No.9005-64-5) – 2mL
  • Note: The tween must be diluted to 25%.
• 1X PBS – 48 mL

Materials:

• 50 mL presterilised centrifuge tube (VWR Cat. No. 89004-364)

Procedure:

1. Mix 200 μL of 25% Tween with 50 mL of 1X PBS.
2. Mix thoroughly.

0.01% PBT

Reagents (for 50mL):

1. Mix 20 μL of 25% Tween with 50 mL of 1X PBS.
2. Mix thoroughly.
