S Buffer

Reagents (for 1L):

• 0.05 M K2HPO4 – 129 mL
• 0.05 M KH2PO4 – 871 mL
• 5.85 g NaCl

Protocol:

1. Dissolve the NaCl in the 0.05 M K2HPO4 and the 0.05 M KH2PO4  solution.
2. Mix thoroughly.
